What happens at your appointment?
Here’s what to expect when you join our friendly team for your free consultation:
You will be warmly greeted by our reception staff and helped to settle in at our practice.
You will meet our Treatment Coordinator who will take you for a smile exam with photos and x-rays if needed. This will help us determine which treatment would most benefit your smile.
Our Specialist Orthodontist, Dr Sep, will come in to do a clinical examination and discuss the treatment process with you. He will give you his recommendations on a custom treatment programme tailored to your smile goals.
Dr Sep will leave the room and the Treatment Coordinator will present your custom treatment quote and payment options. You will have time to ask any questions you might have about treatment before deciding if you would like to proceed.
